To combat any pest problem, it is critical to do a comprehensive inspection of the facility in order to correctly identify the pest, locate harborage areas and identify possible entry points. Pesticides should be used only as needed and only when targeting a specific pest species. Using pesticides improperly, it may cause pest infestations even to worsen.

The most of the pesticides we use are classified in the lowest toxicity category. All our pesticides are approved by the Ministry of Agriculture for pest control use. Additionally, we use dry hot steam (a totally non toxic method) in quite many cases. Our goal is to expose only pests to pesticides by carefully following all of the manufacturer's instructions as well as all rules and regulations from our licensing agencies.

We try our best to meet your needs efficiently and effectively. With that being said, even in our peak months, we can usually respond in a day and even sooner for emergencies.

It depends on the type of pest and many other factors. A routine initial service for ants, or roaches for example, will often take less than an hour. We will recommend things you can do to reduce pest pressure around your home. Bed bug, fleas and rodent problems require several service visits.

We will advise you if it is necessary to leave your home, or only to avoid specific areas until any treated surfaces have had time to dry. Let us know if there is any sensitive persons, children, pets to give you instructions.

We will advise you to remove pet food, water dishes, exposed food items, and children's toys from areas we need to treat. If there are active pests indoors and other items, they may need attention.

You should avoid any treated areas until dry. That is the minimum precaution for virtually all pesticides. If you accidentally touch a moist deposit or otherwise you are exposed to a diluted pesticide, you have to wash the exposed skin with soap and water. Remember that most of the common materials that we apply have been highly diluted and should not cause any ill effects.

Absolutely! We have a lot of rodent control experience. Rodent proofing services are also available. Please fight the temptation to toss bait around, as this will often lead to dead animal odors and flies, and frequently there is no easy solution to locate or remove the animal. Trapping and exclusion are the best first steps in most rodent problems.

We are very effective against bed bugs. We have the equipment and the experience to deal with this pest. Our arsenal includes a super hot dry steam generator which eliminates all stages of bed bugs which are eggs, larva and adults. No pesticides needed!

The time of results will vary with the target insect and the pest management strategy employed, but for the most part results are rapid. Roaches are a relatively easy target. On the other hand, fleas, ants or bed bugs will definitely require more than one visit before eradication.
